Exit 38 to Merritt Parkway. Take Merritt Parkway to Exit 49. See * below.

At the end of the exit you will be on the Route 25 Connector. Stay on the Connector (it’s a four-lane road) until it ends (there is a stop light at end). Turn right at the traffic light on to Route 111. At the 5th traffic light, turn left on to Purdy Hill Road (the Post Office is on the right). At the first stop sign (Cutlers Farm Road), go straight through stop sign continuing on Purdy Hill Road. Your third street on the right is Doc Silverstone Drive the entrance to Great Hollow Lake area. A current park sticker or per vehicle fee is required Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day. Follow this road to the end once you reach the lake. At the stop sign take a left to the appropriate parking area. Athletic Fields are atop hill, opposite the Lake.

South on Route 8
Take Exit 14, Howe Avenue (Route 110). At the end of the exit ramp, turn right on to Route 110 and continue on that road until it ends (about 8 – 10 miles). At the blinking light turn left on to Route 111. At the second traffic light turn right on to Cross Hill Road. Stay on Cross Hill until it ends. (Wolfe Park will be in front of you - Pool Side). Take left at stop sign onto Cutlers Farm Road. At next stop sign take a right on to Purdy Hill Road. Your third street on the right is Doc Silverstone Drive the entrance to Great Hollow Lake area. A current park sticker or per vehicle fee is required Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.
