Bantam U9- (birth years 2001-2003)- Practice will be in clinic format. One practice a week and 1 game a week (practice and game times TBD). Games will be 7v7 format to increase player participation thereby improving skill development.

Lightning U11- (birth years 1999 &2000) One practice a week with one full field game a week (practice and game times will be TBD). This will be the introduction to travel. Teams will be equally divided. Travel games will be kept to local towns. Year end CONNY tournament.

Juniors U13 -(birth years 1997 &1998) Practice will be two days a week with one to two games per week. Teams will be equally divided. Travel games will be kept primarily to local towns. Year end CONNY tournament at Yale.

Seniors U15- (birth years 1995-1996)

Boys Stick ("the Crosse")
Helmet (preferably red)
Gloves
Arm Pads
Shoulder Pads
Mouthpiece - Not Clear
Cup and Supporter
